Overview

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for locating and identifying technically-skilled candidates for production, technical, and engineering-related positions.  The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing new candidates, screening potential candidates, coordinating pre-employment testing, and onboarding new hires. 

Responsibilities

  • Source and plan recruiting efforts to identify top candidates.
  • Conduct advanced searches across resume databases to find suitable talent.
  • Manage job postings, qualify applicants, and oversee the entire interviewing and hiring process
  • Utilize resume databases and employ invite-to-apply strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Department to develop effective posting strategies and referral networks.
  • Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Import candidate data from external sources into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Schedule interviews, pre-employment drug tests/physicals, and track results.
  • Responsible for onboarding new hires via the Applicant Tracking System.

Qualifications

  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to help our team succeed
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office, internet research, and database software
  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS) a plus
  • Skilled user of LinkedIn to source and network with candidates
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills required
